Measures of Academic Progress (MAP) Mathematics Results

Our students take the MAP test, a nationally-normed standardized test. It helps us compare our students’ progress to kids at each grade level across the country. MAP results are made up of RIT scores, but best make sense through percentile rankings.

Measures of Academic Progress (MAP) Reading Results

Our students take the MAP test, a nationally-normed standardized test. It helps us compare our students’ progress to kids at each grade level across the country. MAP results are made up of RIT scores, but best make sense through percentile rankings.

MAP is important because it tells me if I’m really picking up what I’m learning. It helps to show me where I’m at in the scale of national percentile and if I’m on track for high school and college. Also, it helps my teachers know that I’m really learning and picking up new facts.

State Test Scores

In addition to the MAP test, our students are also required to take state standardized tests as a public school. Below you’ll find scores for the NJASK and HSPA tests, which were last given in 2013. We will update results when PAARC data become available.
