Beginning in the 2023-2024 school year, high school students will not earn class credits if they exceed the allowed number of excused absences.

- Society for the Prevention of Teen Suicide Parent & Caregiver Toolkit
- The NJ Statewide Student Support System (NJ4S), which allows registered middle and high-schools to request tiered wellness supports for students.
- 2nd Floor Youth Helpline, which offers call, message board and text options for youth to connect to live, emotional support counselors.

Paterson Nurse’s Office:
The school nurse supports student success by providing health care through assessment, intervention, and follow-up for all children within the school setting. The school nurse addresses the physical, mental, emotional, and social health needs of students and supports their achievement in the learning process.
